Job Description

We are looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, dependable front office team member for our Canoga Park location. Must be organized, professional, task oriented, outgoing and personable and have a working knowledge of insurance Must also be willing to travel between our two locations if necessary. Must be able to work independently as well as a part of a team. Someone capable of long-term commitment.

Responsibilities include greeting and interacting with patients answering phones, scheduling appointments, taking messages, verifying insurance coverage as well as general front office duties.

Job Type: Part Time

Salary: $14.25 to $15.00 /hour
