Process Orders (15%)

· Work with production area to determine when custom orders will be ready for shipment.

· Use Microsoft and other online software to enter records of orders.

· Learn the digital filing system in place to properly file information to the correct locations.

Shipping (65%)

· Perform last quality check inspection prior to packaging.

· Package orders and process shipments of all product lines using UPS, FedEx, and LTL freight shipping software to process packages for shipping.

· Learn how to comply with export regulations for MiJET order fulfillment to foreign countries.

Inventory Maintenance (10%)

· Restock inventory with incoming materials.

· Monitor inventory levels for restocking when needed.

· Notify buyers with a list of materials when stock needs to be replenished.

Other (10%)

· Participate in the annual year-end inventory counting, takes place at the beginning of January.

· Work with management on other tasks as needed.

Necessary skills:

· Ability to consistently manage and complete multiple tasks from the categories above.

· High level of attention to detail and follow through.

· Utilize most Microsoft programs including OneDrive.

· Need excellent communication skills.

· Self-motivated and willing to learn new skills.

· Ability to learn and identify product items by name and model numbers.

· Need to be able to lift up to 40 lbs. · Willing to learn to drive a forklift.
