    Job Description

    OUR CLIENT, A WORLD-RENOWNED CANCER TREATMENT AND RESEARCH CENTER IS SEEKING OFFICE COORDINATORS.

    • This is a long-term temporary position with potential to convert to a perm job.
    • The work schedule is Monday – Friday, 9am -5pm and 100% onsite.
    • The pay rate is $25.00 per hour.
    • The facility requires everyone to be fully vaccinated prior to starting (Please Note: This requirement is subject to a request for a legally recognized accommodation.)

    YOU ARE:

    YOU WILL:

    • Use strong customer service and multi-tasking abilities to support a practice by providing administrative support to the clinical team.
    • Ensure patients are assisted in a timely and friendly manner by functioning as the primary contact for the practice and actively scheduling patients’ tests, appointments, and procedures.
    • Update and maintain the electronic medical records (EMR), coordinate with clinical staff, and submit information to payers for pre-certification approvals.

    YOU HAVE:

    • A high school diploma/GED is required plus one year of relevant experience
    • Experience in customer/patient service is strongly preferred
    • A proven dedication to healthcare through work, internship, or volunteer experience
    • Ability to handle acutely ill patients in stressful situations with a positive demeanor
    • Strong digital literacy
