Job Responsibilities:

• Execute tasks in a rapid-paced and high-speed working environment, adhering to standardized work procedures and promoting safe work practices in a constantly evolving environment that focuses on progress
• Carry out the necessary pre-operation practices to ensure equipment is booting up and functioning properly on many different pieces of equipment
• Monitor and manage various pieces of equipment during the production process to ensure that high-quality goods are produced with minimal unplanned stops
• Collaborate with team members and support teams to guarantee the continuous production of the correct product with limited wasted time and materials, as well as at high-quality levels
• Perform regular maintenance and sanitation procedures to ensure a clean and professional working environment

Required Experience:

• Have expertise in CNC - Grinding is an added advantage
• Create cutting tools and program CNC tool grinders
• Set up machines for grinding tools
• Oversee human or robotic production or manage small batch production
• Maintain grinding wheels for production
• Be able to read blueprints and operate inspection equipment
