We are an extremely fast growing, technology savvy, and privately backed internet company that is rapidly growing its online fulfillment platform. Our team consists of developers and marketers who are passionate about business and startups. Your duties will include managing shipments, creating purchase orders, supply control and general fulfillment. We are using Shipstation for this and you should have a high level understanding of computers, printers, and technology in general. We are looking for versatile people who are eager to learn a wide range of tasks from fulfillment, spreadsheets, purchasing, supply management, and even digital shirt printing.
Duties and Responsibilities
Packs and Fulfills Items Ships Items According to Domestic and International Guidelines Unloads New Deliveries / Inventory Control Sorts Items and Creates Work Orders Catches Printed Shirts from Dryer, Inspects and Matches with Packing Slips Pretreats and Maintains Heat Presses for Printing Maintains Neat and Tidy Order of Inventory Items Maintains and Cleans the Warehouse and Equipment Follows Tasks and Instructions Given by the Production Assistant Or Management
Our ideal candidate usually has some college experience. Is familiar with technology apps like Slack, Trello, Dropbox, Google drive, Google sheets. Is experienced with working with Illustrator and Photoshop for general design tweaks as needed. They should also be very versatile and be able to help out in packaging, printing, and general labor around the shop. Candidates who are eager to learn and grow in this space will be a perfect fit.
