What You’ll Do
Be the main contact for customer accounts: quotes, orders, follow-ups.
Work with outside sales engineers to ensure smooth order management.
Learn automation & motion control products (training provided).
Coordinate pricing, delivery, and order status with vendors.
Keep orders accurate in our ERP system.
Occasionally assist with shipping/receiving when needed.

You Are
Experienced in customer service, inside sales, or account coordination.
Organized, detail-oriented, and skilled with Microsoft Office (ERP a plus).
