    Job Summary:
    We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our team.     Key Responsibilities:
    - Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
    - Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing solutions.
    - Process orders, manage account changes, and handle customer inquiries efficiently and accurately.
    - Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints promptly and professionally.
    - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and effective service delivery.
    - Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
    - Provide product and service information to customers and manage customer expectations.
    - Identify opportunities to enhance customer experiences and contribute to process improvements.

    Qualifications:
    - High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
    - Proven experience in customer service or account management.
    - Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and within a team.
    - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
    - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
    - Detail-oriented and highly organized.
