Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts with a focus on retention and satisfaction
Respond to client inquiries promptly via phone and email
Process orders, track shipments, and resolve billing or delivery issues
Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer expectations
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Provide product or service information and suggest relevant solutions
Follow up on customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
1+ years of experience in customer service, account management, or a related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management systems (CRM experience is a plus)
Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment
