The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring satisfaction, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and supporting account growth. Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally
Manage account information and ensure all records are accurate and up to date
Collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs and improve service delivery
Analyze account performance and provide insights to improve client satisfaction
Assist in developing client relationships to identify new opportunities
Follow up on service quality and client feedback to ensure ongoing satisfaction
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of experience in customer service, account management, or client relations
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
