We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our growing team in Modesto, CA. This role serves as a key liaison between the company and our customers, ensuring that each account receives excellent service, timely support, and efficient solutions tailored to their needs.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain a portfolio of customer accounts
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer inquiries
Track and resolve client concerns, ensuring high satisfaction
Maintain accurate records of interactions and transactions
Coordinate with internal departments to meet client expectations
Assist in onboarding new accounts and maintaining strong client relationships
Prepare reports and account updates as needed
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
1+ years of customer service or account management experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
