We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Account Representative to join our team in Cleveland, OH. In this role, you will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through outstanding customer service and account management. Your ability to listen, solve problems, and communicate effectively will be key to your success.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain relationships with a portfolio of clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and follow-ups.
Analyze customer account performance and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Assist with onboarding new clients and provide account support.
Maintain accurate records of all client communications and transactions.
Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner.
Meet or exceed monthly service goals and customer satisfaction targets.
Qualifications
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
2+ years of experience in customer service, client relations, or account management.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a strong focus on customer experience.
