Responsibilities
Manage assigned customer accounts by providing exceptional service and support
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met
Prepare regular reports on account status and performance metrics
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance and quality service
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, or a related field
Minimum of 1-2 years in customer service, account management, or a related role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
