This role is for someone who genuinely loves sales conversations. You’ll connect with aspiring forward-thinkers who are curious about starting a permanent jewelry business, guide them toward attending our live training webinars, and help them feel confident about taking the next step. You are not cold-calling strangers. You are speaking with warm leads who already showed interest. Your job is to build momentum, answer questions, and help them move forward when they’re ready. If you’re energized by conversations, motivated by commission, and enjoy helping people make big decisions, this will feel exciting. This is an $20 hourly wage with a high commission-based position. Responsibilities: What You’ll Do • Lead Conversations - You’ll communicate with warm prospects through phone, text, email, and DMs. You’ll handle objections using proven scripts and frameworks, while still sounding like a real human. Your role is to listen, guide, and keep the conversation moving. • Post-Webinar Follow-Up - After each training, you’ll connect with attendees who didn’t enroll, clarify questions, and help them decide if our Training & Starter Kit is the right move. You’ll also re-engage no-shows and invite them to attend again. • Own Your Pipeline - You’ll manage conversations inside our CRM, keep notes organized, and take responsibility for your results. Qualifications: Core Qualifications • 1 to 3+ years of experience in sales, appointment setting, lead follow-up, or high-touch customer engagement • Proven ability to convert warm leads into paying customers • Strong written communication skills. Able to sell through text, email, and DM without sounding robotic • Comfortable handling objections and guiding prospects through decision-making conversations • Experience working inside a CRM and tracking conversations consistently • Self-motivated and performance-driven. Does not need constant supervision • Able to manage high daily message volume without losing quality • Organized and disciplined with follow-up Preferred (but not required) • Experience selling high-ticket offers or online education programs • Familiarity with webinar funnels • Understanding of basic sales psychology and objection-handling frameworks • Experience using platforms like GoHighLevel, HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, or similar Compensation: $20 hourly
