We are seeking a dedicated individual to provide exceptional service by managing customer appointments efficiently. Responsibilities: • Receiving incoming customer calls to schedule service appointments • Listening to customers' needs and concerns • Scheduling appointments using our tracking system • Communicating with Service managers and advisors • Helping to keep customers informed of progress Qualifications: • 2 years of BDC experience is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to relate to all types of personalities • Ability to maintain good working relationships and collaborate effectively • Superior customer service skills. Integrity, good work ethic, and personal accountability • Time management and organizational skills • High School Diploma or GED Compensation: $13 - $15 hourly
