  • Responsibilities

    As a Customer Care AI Trainer, you will be responsible for training and optimizing our AI chatbots and virtual assistants by reviewing interactions, annotating data, and providing feedback to improve the system’s accuracy and responsiveness. Your efforts will directly impact the quality of automated customer care services.

     

    Key Responsibilities:

    Review and annotate customer interactions, chat logs, and support tickets to train AI models effectively.

    Validate AI responses and provide feedback to enhance response accuracy.

    Collaborate with data scientists and developers to refine training datasets.

    Maintain high levels of accuracy and consistency during data labeling.

    Follow project guidelines and quality standards for data annotation.

    Assist in identifying areas where AI performance can be improved through data insights.

    Document training processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

     

    Qualifications:

    Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data annotation.

    Excellent communication skills and ability to follow detailed instructions.

    Basic understanding of AI, machine learning, or customer service workflows is a plus.

    Familiarity with data annotation tools and platforms (e.g., Labelbox, Prodigy, or similar) is advantageous.

    Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively.

    Prior experience in data labeling, transcription, or customer support is beneficial but not required.

    High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or coursework in AI is a plus.
