You’ll Be Responsible For:

• Accurately processing orders, forms, and requests

• Working closely with coworkers to streamline service delivery

• Suggesting improvements to enhance customer experience

You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or GED

• Experience working in a customer support role

• Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems
