    Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.

    Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

    Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

    Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills.

    Requirements:

    High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    1-2 years of experience in customer service or support roles.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    Positive attitude and a passion for helping others.

    Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

    Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
