Key Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Dispatching
Schedule and dispatch service calls with precision and efficiency.
Ensure technicians are routed to the right jobs to maximize productivity.
Keep customers updated with appointment details—no surprises, no missed expectations.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional, top-tier service to every customer—no shortcuts.
Handle complaints, resolve issues, and leave customers feeling heard and valued.
Work across departments to ensure customer concerns are fully resolved.
Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate internal records and notes to support smooth workflows
Use technology to manage communication and task flow across platforms
Job Requirements:
Proven people oriented professional with a track record of mastering complex interactions.
Organized and focused, able to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
Strong conflict resolution skills—you know how to say the hard thing in the right way
Tech-savvy: Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and able to type 50+ WPM.
Strong communicator: Crystal-clear verbal and written communication skills.
Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM availability.
