    We are seeking a friendly and service-oriented Customer Care Coordinator to join our team! Our Customer Care Coordinator is dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every client, as a consultant for our clients' experience of our luxury products and full sales cycle, both in store and online. You'll be the point person for online customer care and orders. This includes organizing & tracking in store and online orders, managing & maintaining your own personal sales, adjusting your sales strategies accordingly, and building individual experiences and lasting relationships with some of the best clients in the world. Our Customer Care Coordinator operates in a fast-paced environment and are the engines which drive the company, so you'll have the opportunity to have a clear impact on our growth while developing your client care skills.

    • Manage, maintain, and close sales in store and online
    • Lead client experience online.
    • Contribute to inventory/system accuracy.
    • Become point person for web order fulfillment & order/shipping issue resolution.
    • Seek ways to improve customer experience.
    • Utilize sales strategies & problem-solving techniques.
    • Create a one-on-one experience reflecting our luxury brand.
    • Demonstrate responsibility & accountability for individual & team goals.

    Schedule:

    • 8 hour shifts
    • 5 days a week
    • on site (at our Mission location)

    About You:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent preferred.
    • Sales skills & experience working in a retail environment (jewelry experience is a plus)
    • Desire to connect, solve problems, create lasting positive experiences
    • Excellent professional verbal and written communication
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Ability to adhere to & implement security policies and procedures regarding high value products
