JOB PURPOSE:
The Customer Care Reorder Representative II is responsible for providing outstanding and professional customer service to ensure efficiency and promote a positive customer experience. This role is responsible for ensuring all medical supply reorders are processed accurately and quickly while aiming for customers’ needs to be met.

Required Experience
Must demonstrate a complete knowledge of all disease and procedural coding schemes/classification systems, such as ICD 10 CM, CPT and HCPCS and relevant to outpatient coding. Working knowledge of Medicare and local fiscal intermediary outpatient coding guideline determinations. Must demonstrate technical knowledge of the APC/MSDRG prospective payment system and use of computer encoders and abstracting systems. Must have a thorough knowledge of anatomy and physiology and medical terminology. Familiarity with Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development’s (OSHPD) discharge data reporting requirements is mandatory. Must have a working understanding of hospital policies and procedures, and possesses effective communication skills, written and oral. Ability to analyze and prioritize workflow. Must have a high level of professionalism and be able to interact with physicians, staff, etc. Must be detail-oriented. Must work on-site.
