    ROLE DESCRIPTION:

    As a Customer Care Representative with Amy Chimielewski Agency Inc., you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.

    Assist customers with policy changes and updates.

    Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.

    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    Communication and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented and able to multitask.

    Previous customer service experience preferred.
