Join NATCO in our pursuit to bring fiber optic broadband to some of the most remote areas of north-central Arkansas. We are a locally owned company expanding high-speed fiber broadband to rural communities.
We’re looking for a Customer Care Representative (CCR) who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and making a real impact locally.
What You’ll Do
As a CCR, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our customers. You’ll support both current and future customers with questions about service, billing, and connectivity—while also helping grow our customer base.
Answer customer calls and voicemails related to billing, pricing, services, and availability
Assist customers with account questions, payments, and payment arrangements
Schedule service trouble calls and process service changes or upgrades
Educate customers on the Lifeline program and handle required documentation and renewals
Promote NATCO services through new sales and service upgrades
Troubleshoot basic voice and broadband service issues
Work closely with internal teams to resolve service or scheduling concerns
Build lasting relationships through professional, courteous communication
Protect the confidentiality and security of customer information
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to listen, problem-solve, and explain services clearly
Comfortable using sales techniques to enroll and retain customers
High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license with no major violations
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
