Position Overview: As a Customer Care Representative, you will assist customers with policy questions, updates, and general service needs. You will play an important role in maintaining strong relationships with our policyholders while helping ensure they have the protection that fits their needs.
Insurance experience is preferred but not required. We are willing to train the right person who brings strong customer service skills and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities: • Assist customers with policy questions, billing inquiries, and coverage updates • Process policy changes, renewals, and documentation requests • Provide prompt and helpful service through phone, email, and in-person interactions • Maintain accurate customer records and follow agency procedures • Support the sales and service team with administrative and customer follow-up tasks • Help ensure customers have a smooth and positive experience with our agency
Qualifications: • Prior customer service experience strongly preferred • Insurance experience is helpful but not required • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks • Professional, dependable, and customer-focused • Willingness to learn insurance systems and processes
