Customer Care Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

Responsibilities
- Be the friendly first point of contact for customers who call, email, or stop by the office
- Walk policyholders through billing questions, payment options, and account updates
- Process coverage changes promptly and keep every customer record complete and current
- Assist customers in Spanish or English, whichever language they are most comfortable with
- Turn everyday service conversations into policy reviews that uncover gaps in protection
- De-escalate concerns calmly and find solutions that leave customers confident in their coverage
- Stay on top of follow-ups so no question or request falls through the cracks
Qualifications
- A warm, professional demeanor and a genuine customer-first mindset
- Strong listening skills, natural empathy, and good problem-solving instincts
- Well-organized and detail-minded, with dependable follow-through
- Bilingual in Spanish and English a plus, but not required
- No insurance background needed - we provide training
- Willing to earn a Property and Casualty license (we will support you through the process)
