Join Wiley Insurance Agency as a Customer Care Representative and be the voice of exceptional service in our Phoenix office! You will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the support they need, while contributing to a positive and friendly work environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Assist clients with policy information, claims processing, and coverage options.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Educate clients about insurance products and services to enhance their understanding.
Manage follow-up communications to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Requirements:
