    Customer Service Representative – Community-Focused Home Services Company (Northern Utah)

    The Role We’re seeking a high-energy, positive, and friendly Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role is all about creating a welcoming experience, keeping schedules on track, and ensuring every interaction leaves a great impression. While most responsibilities are performed in our local office, there is an opportunity for a hybrid work schedule that combines some work-from-home flexibility with in-office collaboration.

    What You’ll Do

    Answer phones, emails, and online inquiries with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care

    Schedule and coordinate service appointments while keeping service professionals’ calendars efficient

    Provide clear, friendly communication to guide customers through their service experience

    Resolve questions or concerns quickly and effectively to ensure satisfaction

    Handle billing, payments, and accurate record-keeping in office and scheduling systems

    Support general office administration and occasional community outreach efforts

    Take ownership of customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the team

    What We’re Looking For

    2+ years of customer service or office support experience (scheduling or home services background a plus)

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a naturally friendly, upbeat personality

    Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities

    Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new software/CRM tools

    A self-starter who takes initiative and wants to help the business grow

    Local to northern Utah with ability to work in-office regularly (hybrid flexibility available)

    High school diploma required (college or advanced training a plus)

    Able to pass background and reference checks
