    We are a family law firm that specializes in matters involving divorce, child custody, and matters related to CPS. We take care of the complex legal work so that clients can focus on themselves and their families during a difficult time in their lives. We will be by the client’s side every step of the way. We are seeking a special person to assist with client intake and client communications. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities • Weekend work possible (Approximately 3 hours per weekend) • Process and respond to a high volume of potential client calls, inquiries, and requests • Scheduling appointments with Potential New Clients • Timely and accurate transfer of new case info/details to our system daily • Coordinating all required client documentation and letters pertaining to the case sign-up • Adhere to all Firm policies and procedures related to the Client Engagement Agreement Desired Skills & Experience • Excellent organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail • Strong knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, Adobe, and the ability to quickly learn case management software • Professional appearance and behavior • Positive personality and desire to help others. • Some marketing background preferred. Qualifications: Job Requirements • Must have a minimum of 1 year of previous related experience in a law firm Education Requirements • High school diploma or GED equivalent Compensation: $45,000
