Be a part of our award-winning customer care team! Zifty is currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist. __ This is an in person position.
This is a full-time, in-person position. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, and the pay range is $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401k, unlimited PTO.
The Job:
Support daily operations and help maintain a positive work environment
Collaborate with management and staff to align on tasks and priorities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers, clients, and drivers as needs arise
Assist in getting orders claimed in a timely basis
Assist drivers on routes with real-time questions or issues
What We're Looking For:
Previous management or supervisory experience strongly preferred
Strong customer service background
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to take direction, provide feedback, and handle changes with flexibility
Work independently and as part of a team
Ability to navigate your way around a computer
