Be a part of our award-winning customer care team! Zifty is currently seeking a full-time Customer Care Specialist. __ This is an in person position staring on January 5th.

This is a full-time, in-person position. The schedule is Tuesday-Saturday from 11am-7pm with a salary range of $21–$23 per hour, depending on experience. Full benefits (health, dental, vision), 401k, unlimited PTO.

The Job:

• Support daily operations and help maintain a positive work environment

• Collaborate with management and staff to align on tasks and priorities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers, clients, and drivers as needs arise

• Assist in getting orders claimed in a timely basis

• Assist drivers on routes with real-time questions or issues

What We're Looking For:

• Previous management or supervisory experience preferred

• Strong customer service background

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to take direction, provide feedback, and handle changes with flexibility

• Work independently and as part of a team

• Ability to navigate your way around a computer
