    Job Summary

    101Mobility is accepting applications for Customer Care Manager to join our team! As a CCM, you will provide service and support to our customers by answering calls and providing guidance in selecting and scheduling the service and installation of mobility products and equipment. Our product line consists of Ramps, Stairlifts, Vehicle Lifts, Platform Lifts, Elevators and other items intended to increase mobility options for our customers. This is not a SALES position. We provide support to select a product the end user is already calling for.

    CORE FUNCTIONS:  Converts phone calls and forms leads to schedule consultations  Scheduling field installations  Process invoices and customer payments  Making outbound calls to potential customers upon receipt of web and form leads  Gains commitment from customers to schedule in‐home consultations  Assist with tracking and ordering inventory  Run reports essential to business operations  Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints  Maintain customer files in an organized and confidential manner  Utilize the proprietary operating system to document all customer interactions

    QUALIFICATIONS:  Must possess 2+ years experience in Customer Relations or Installations scheduling.  Demonstrated aptitude for problem‐solving;  Ability to determine solutions for customers  Must be results‐orientated  Able to work both independently and within a team environment  Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills  Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications  Must be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills  Manage multiple priorities seamlessly  Stellar time management skills  Strong customer service focus
