Position Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Customer Development Representatives (CDRs) to join our growing team. As a CDR, you will be the first point of contact with potential customers, going door-to-door in targeted neighborhoods to generate interest, educate homeowners on our products and services, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants. This role is ideal for individuals who are energetic, persuasive, and enjoy connecting with people.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with homeowners at their doorsteps in assigned territories to promote company services.
• Clearly communicate the value and benefits of our remodeling/home improvement solutions.
• Qualify leads by asking relevant questions and capturing accurate homeowner information.
• Schedule in-home appointments for our sales consultants.
• Maintain a positive, professional, and approachable demeanor while representing the company.
• Track daily activity and results, logging lead details in CRM or designated systems.
• Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly goals for leads and appointments set.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to provide feedback on canvassing strategies and territory performance.
• Attend regular training sessions to improve product knowledge and canvassing techniques.

Required Qualifications

• Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to confidently approach and speak with strangers.
• Resilience and persistence — comfortable handling rejection while staying motivated.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when capturing lead information.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and walk door-to-door in various weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.
• Previous canvassing, customer service, or sales experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Demands

• Regularly required to walk, stand, and talk for extended periods.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all seasons.

Work Environment

This position operates primarily in residential neighborhoods and requires travel to assigned territories. The role involves outdoor work, including walking door-to-door, in varying weather conditions.
