    Customer Experience Administrator Paul Davis Restoration | Flagship Location $17.00 - $19.00 per hour (depending on experience) + benefits

    We’re looking for a sharp, detail-driven professional who can take control of the first moments that matter most. As our Customer Experience Administrator, you’ll handle high-volume inbound calls from property owners facing fire, water, storm, or mold damage. You will be representing and selling the comprehensive services and full range of restoration solutions offered by Paul Davis.

    This isn’t a passive desk job. You’ll be the voice of Paul Davis Restoration’s 59-year legacy, connecting people in crisis to the help they need while ensuring no opportunity is lost and every lead is captured with precision.

    What You’ll Do

    Serve as the client ambassador for the Paul Davis brand.

    Answer high-volume incoming calls with empathy and urgency.

    Capture detailed, accurate information and dispatch leads to the right teams.

    Identify sales opportunities on every call—every loss deserves a response.

    Communicate clearly with customers, technicians, estimators, and leadership.

    Maintain accurate records within CRM and Microsoft 365 systems.

    Support office operations through documentation, scheduling, and follow-up tasks.

    Uphold confidentiality and accuracy in all data and communications.
