Your Mission (Should You Choose to Accept It): Tarpon Feeding Booth Crew Member We're on the hunt for a Customer Experience Associate to join our lively crew at the Tarpon Feeding Booth. Think of yourself as a front-row, fin-tastic ambassador! You'll be the friendly face greeting adventurers, ringing up sales, slinging bait buckets, keeping our coolers stocked with frosty delights, and even getting hands-on with inventory. If you thrive outdoors, love making people smile, and aren't afraid of a little fishy fragrance (it's the smell of fun!), then this gig has your name all over it.

What You'll Be Doing:

Captain of the Cash Register: Smoothly navigate guest transactions with a smile.

Ambassador of Awesome: Greet and assist visitors with genuine enthusiasm and professionalism.

Bait Boss: Handle those legendary baitfish buckets and be part of the epic tarpon feeding frenzy!

Cooler Commander: Keep our fridges overflowing with cool drinks and fresh bait.

Supply Scout: Help us keep track of essentials and ensure we're always stocked for adventure.

Sparkle Squad: Keep the booth looking tip-top, organized, and ready for our next wave of guests.

Joy Creator: Ensure every guest has a safe, memorable, and blast-tastic experience!

You're Our Ideal Catch If You Have:

Superhero Customer Service: Your communication skills are as clear as Keys' water.

Fish Friendliness: You're cool with baitfish and comfortable around majestic (and hungry!) tarpon.

Strength & Stamina: You can lift and carry up to 50 lbs – no problem!

Outdoor Enthusiast: Ready to embrace the Florida Keys weather, come sunshine or shower.

Previous experience wrangling cash or in retail
