    Canyon Adventure Vans – Hurricane, UT Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)

    Position Overview

    Canyon Adventure Vans is seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Customer Experience Coordinator to support our Utah location. This role is the primary point of contact for customer communication and in-person inquiries, while also supporting daily operational workflows.

    This position is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is comfortable using technology, and is eager to learn new systems. Training will be provided.

    Responsibilities

    Respond to customer emails, website chats, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner

    Greet and assist customers visiting the Utah location

    Answer questions related to products, orders, lead times, and general inquiries

    Assist with order lookups and basic order support using Shopify

    Use Google Workspace (email, documents, shared files) for daily communication and organization

    Track tasks and follow-ups using Asana

    Communicate clearly with internal team members to resolve customer issues

    Follow established processes and assist with ongoing improvements

    Qualifications

    Friendly, professional, and customer-focused

    Strong written and verbal communication skills

    Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented

    Comfortable learning and using new software and systems

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Prior customer service or retail experience preferred, but not required
