    What You’ll Be Doing

    Lead Scheduling – Be the strategic link between sales, production, and customer satisfaction.

    Admin Backbone – Handle key admin tasks (packets, payments, state reporting) with eagle-eye accuracy.

    Customer Care – Deliver WOW experiences on every call. Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism.

    Sales Support – Convert inbound leads fast. Follow up on unsold proposals (commission if you close the deal), and generate referrals through great service.

    Pay & Benefits

    $45,000 per year

    Commission opportunities on closed sales

    50–60% of health insurance premiums paid
