    Location: 1657 N Kostner Ave, Chicago, IL 60639 Employment Type: Full-Time with paid Holidays and PTO Salary Range: $50,000–$60,000 + Bonus Opportunities Paid Vacation and PTO

    What You’ll Do

    Deliver an Exceptional Customer Experience

    Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, text, and email

    Schedule appointments for Design Associates and manage follow-ups on open proposals

    Ensure a smooth, professional, and positive experience for every customer

    Support and execute local marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness

    Represent the business at home shows and community events (occasional evenings/weekends)

    Keep Operations Running Smoothly

    Maintain an organized, welcoming office environment

    Manage calendars, scheduling, and internal coordination

    Update Salesforce daily with job progress and customer information (training provided)

    Partner with bookkeeping support and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks Online

    Assist in tracking projects, timelines, and customer communication

    Meet weekly with the Owner to review sales performance and project pipeline

    Support Business Growth

    Take ownership of key administrative and operational functions

    Participate in weekly planning and strategy meetings

    Help improve processes and identify efficiencies

    Contribute ideas that shape the future of the business

    What We’re Looking For

    Strong communication skills (especially over the phone)

    Highly organized with strong attention to detail

    Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

    Experience with QuickBooks Online required

    Comfortable learning and using CRM systems (Salesforce experience is a plus)

    Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented

    Experience in flooring, construction, or home improvement is a plus (not required)

    Now, she’s bringing that expertise into building a business rooted in her local community. Melissa is passionate about creating a team-oriented culture focused on exceptional service, growth, and community impact.

    She and her husband Anthony have lived in Chicago for the past 10 years and are raising their two daughters in the city they love.
