About the Role
We are hiring a Customer Experience Office Manager to be the central hub of our growing flooring business.
This is a high-ownership role where you will manage customer communication, scheduling, office operations, and marketing support. You will often be the primary in-office team member while the sales team is in the field.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working independently in a fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
Respond to inbound calls and web leads and schedule appointments
Support customers from first contact through installation follow-up
Coordinate installation schedules and product orders
Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
Support marketing efforts including social media and local outreach
Assist with invoices, deposits, and basic accounting tasks in QuickBooks
Communicate with installers, vendors, and customers to keep projects on track
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management, customer service, or administrative role (required)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Comfortable handling multiple priorities at once
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Tech-comfortable (Salesforce, QuickBooks, and PNC Portal experience a plus)
Interest in marketing or social media is a bonus
