Office Manager / Customer Experience Manager Location: 15470 Endeavor Drive, Noblesville, IN

Benefits and Perks:
Salary range: $50,000–$55,000
Full-time position: Monday–Friday (occasional weekends for tradeshows)

Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in office management or customer service leadership
Strong customer service orientation – committed to delivering a consistent, 5-star experience
Experience managing the customer journey and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism
Exceptional communication skills, particularly over the phone
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Skilled in managing crews, calendars, and sales teams
Willingness to learn forklift operation (certification a plus)
Proficient in social media platforms to boost brand recognition
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce – a plus)
Experience in the home service industry – a plus
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the internal Customer Experience Manager, ensuring smooth communication and coordination across all touchpoints
Oversee and streamline daily office operations Maintain and nurture strong relationships with customers throughout their project lifecycle
Promptly respond to new customer leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Monitor customer satisfaction and help resolve issues with urgency and care
Be a brand ambassador – promote excitement and trust with every interaction
Manage and attend local networking events to build brand awareness
Upload before-and-after project photos weekly to Facebook, Instagram, and Google Business Page
Support and execute local marketing strategies and promotions
Order products and materials for all sold jobs and track their delivery
Receive inventory and manage incoming shipments
Continuously strive for 5/5-star ratings through quality service, responsiveness, and follow-through
