    Septic Blue is a leading provider of septic system services, specializing in septic tank pumping, inspections, repairs, and maintenance, has partnered with TeamOne Logistics, a workforce provider, to help maximize our growth potential.

    We’re expanding and looking for detail-oriented, customer-focused professionals to join our team as Customer Service and Dispatch Representatives in our call center.

    This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with excellent benefits and room to grow within our company!

    What You’ll Do

    As a Customer Experience Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key part of delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include:

    Answering inbound calls and responding to customer inquiries with professionalism and urgency

    Scheduling service appointments and coordinating logistics to ensure efficient service delivery

    Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and timelines

    Maintaining and updating customer records in our system

    Resolving issues and ensuring customers feel confident and taken care of

    This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, staying organized, and keeping operations running smoothly.

    What We’re Looking For

    1+ year of customer service experience (call center or home services experience is a plus)

    Strong communication skills — clear, friendly, and professional

    Ability to multitask and stay organized in a high-volume environment

    Comfort learning and navigating software systems (ServiceTitan experience is a plus)

    A dependable team player with a strong work ethic
