What You’ll Be Doing
- Process inbound orders and verify pricing, minimums, freight terms, approvals, and licenses.
- Communicate backorders, alternatives, and additional charges.
- Track, update, and resolve daily tickets in HubSpot.
- Support customer inquiries on orders, products, troubleshooting, and finance issues.
- Coordinate closely with Sales and Warehouse teams to ensure accurate fulfillment.
- Escalate issues when needed and balance customer needs with company policy.
About You
- Be able to do the job as described.
- Comfortable using CRM and ERP systems like HubSpot and Microsoft Business Central.
- Experienced with medical devices or medical product environments.
- Strong professional communication and polished phone etiquette.
- Preferably familiar with EDI order processing or international shipments.
