Are you a people-person with excellent communication skills? Do you enjoy helping customers and keeping things organized? Our fast-paced Call Scheduling Center is looking for a dependable, upbeat Customer Experience Representative to join our growing team.
✅ What You’ll Do
Answer inbound calls and assist customers with scheduling appointments
Make outbound calls for follow-ups and reminders
Provide excellent service and support to both customers and franchise partners
Accurately log call details into our scheduling system
Work closely with our team to ensure smooth daily operations
🌟 What We’re Looking For
Strong verbal communication and listening skills
A friendly, professional phone manner
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Computer literacy (Google Suite experience a plus). Training on multiple CRM systems provided
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred (but not required—we will train the right person!)
💼 Position Details
Location: 1821 Belt Line Road Garland, TX 75044
Schedule: Full time and part time positions available
Shift 1: Mon 11am-7pm, Tues 8am - 4pm, Thurs 10am-6pm, Fri 7am - 3pm, Sat 9:30am-5:30pm
Shift 2: Mon- Thur 5pm-8:30pm,. Fri 5pm-8pm
Shift 3: Sat 12pm-8pm, Sun 9am-5pm
Pay: $14-17 per hour, performance and outbound appointment booking bonuses
