As a Deck Ambassador (Customer Experience Specialist), you are the welcoming face of our swim school. Parents rely on you. Children look to you for reassurance. Your role makes a real difference every single day.

Schedule
Part-time – Weekends Required
Typical shifts:
Saturdays: 1:00 PM - 5:30 PM
Sundays: 1:45 PM – 6:00 PM
Consistent weekly schedule.

What You’ll Do
Welcome families and help children feel comfortable
Check swimmers in and direct them to their lessons
Support instructors and parents during lessons
Help keep the pool deck organized and running smoothly
Set up and clean up equipment
Provide outstanding customer service
This is an active, on-your-feet role.

Minimum Requirements
Must be 18 or older
Weekend availability
Comfortable in a warm pool environment
Able to stand and move for several hours
Comfortable using tablets and apps
Customer service experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.
