Are you tired of retail and fast food? Looking for something welcoming and rewarding that pays more than minimum wage? This Local Plumbing and Electrical company is looking for a reliable and customer friendly customer experience specialist! This role entails inbound and outbound customer service in the form of answering phones, calling leads, and answering customers questions via e-mail and customer chat portals. We are a 7 day a week company, and we are open from 7am to 8:30pm daily. Our ideal candidate would have the following qualifications/skills:
