We’re looking for a Customer Experience Specialist who’s friendly, highly organized, and eager to be a vital part of our day-to-day customer care operations.

    Role Description

    The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for creating a seamless and positive experience for every client from their first phone call to the final service visit. You’ll be the go-to person for scheduling, follow-ups, and ensuring that customers are heard and helped quickly and effectively. This role includes a hybrid work option after the training period.

    Key Responsibilities

    Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries

    Answer phones and schedule appointments with professionalism and accuracy

    Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction

    Help resolve basic concerns and direct complex issues to management

    Maintain accurate customer profiles and job notes in our system

    Support technicians by confirming details and updating schedules

    Assist with office tasks like filing, email communications, and ordering supplies

    Required Qualifications

    High school diploma or equivalent

    Experience in a customer-facing or scheduling role preferred

    Strong phone and written communication skills

    Proficient with scheduling software, Microsoft Office, and email systems

    Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities

    Reliable internet and home office setup for remote work (2 days/week)
