What YOU Do: The Customer Experience Specialist is responsible for supporting the sales team in efforts to enhance customer interactions, drive loyalty and increase retention, You will act as an initial point of contact to customers, schedule consultations for the sales team, assist with general product inquiries, troubleshoot and gather feedback, This role will also provide feedback to management and make recommendations for service enhancements or improvements,

Your Background Profile:
Education: some college required; Bachelor;'s degree preferred.
Product Knowledge: Possess general product knowledge of home audio/video and appliances
Customer Service: 3-5 years of proven customer facing experience in a retail or sales oriented environment.
Project Management: Possess empathy and problem solving skills to develop effective solutions.
Relationship Building: Demonstrated ability to deliver an excellent customer experience, develop customer loyalty, and build long-term business relationships with customers, sales associates, C-Suite and other colleagues.
Adaptable: Patience and flexibility to adjust your pace as needed
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.and CRM (i.e.,SalesForce, FreshSales, etc) required
