We have recently signed a contract with Leafguard, a home improvement company. Over the last 30 years, Leafguard has become a trusted and reliable brand in the home improvement industry delivering quality products that exceed expectations. With their recent partnership to Great Day Home Improvements, they have expanded their suite of services and are devoted to offering superior products and services aimed at improving the customer’s lifestyle.
About the Position:
The Customer Experience Trainee will be responsible for meeting with homeowners and presenting them with Leafguard’s new products and services. The Customer Experience Trainee will conduct an in-home consultation to determine the suite of services best suited to the customer and they will facilitate scheduling a follow-up appointment with one of Leafguard’s representatives.
