About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Experience & Sales Specialist to be the front-line face of our West Carmel store. This role is sales-driven first , with a strong focus on revenue, customer trust, and operational accuracy — with structured technical training to support long-term growth into diagnostic and repair responsibilities.
This is an ideal role for someone who wants more than an hourly retail job and is motivated by the opportunity to drastically increase earnings through high-level sales performance.
What You’ll Be Doing (Primary Focus)
· Drive store revenue through confident quoting, upsells, and service recommendations
· Deliver an exceptional front-of-house customer experience from intake to pickup
· Accurately create, manage, and close work orders in POS
· Educate customers on repair options, warranties, and protection plans
· Support daily operations including check-ins, queue management, and EOD procedures
· Maintain sales integrity — correct pricing, proper expectations, no shortcuts
Technical Training & Support Expectations
While sales and customer experience are the primary responsibilities, this role includes structured technical training to:
· Understand common device failures and repair workflows
· Assist with basic diagnostics and triage
· Support technicians during high-volume periods
· Prepare for potential future growth into a hybrid or technical role
You are not expected to be a technician on day one, but you are expected to actively participate in technical training and build technical understanding over time.
