Responsibilities: • Work closely with the sales lead to stay up-to-date on service and product knowledge • Keep customer satisfaction levels high by providing accurate information, resolving issues, and mitigating complaints • Record customer interactions and follow up on their experience with our company • Communicate frequent customer suggestions to the team to troubleshoot • Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed • Make outbound calls to the Customer • Identify Customer Needs and Provide Solutions • Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations • Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts Qualifications: • Display strong communication skills, active listening skills, and personal skills • Strong knowledge of customer interface and interaction • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended) • Excellent Listening and Communication Skills • Reliable Transportation • Laptop and/or iPad • High-Speed Internet • Quiet Work Space Compensation: $15 hourly
