    Key Responsibilities:

    The Logistics: Coordinate and manage installation team schedules, mapping out efficient routes to maximize daily productivity while keeping travel distances smart.

    The Communication: Act as the main line of communication between our homeowners and our installation crews. You'll handle scheduling, updates, and customer check-ins via phone and email.

    The Details: Order, confirm, and track purchase orders. You will also manage "loading lists" to ensure the crew has every window, door, and accessory they need before they leave the warehouse.

    The Data: Keep our CRM database clean, accurate, and up-to-date with seamless data entry and record maintenance.

    What We’re Looking For:

    Customer Service Pros: Previous customer service experience is required. You have a friendly, positive attitude and can handle a busy phone line with a smile.

    Logistics & Detail Minded: Strong attention to detail. You're the kind of person who catches the small things before they become big problems.

    Fast Learners: Ability to learn systems quickly and adapt to a fast-paced, moving environment. Data entry experience is a major plus.

    Team Players: Reliable, punctual, and ready to collaborate closely with our office staff and field crews every day.
