Assist with general administrative and office support

Keep information and records organized and accurate

    What We're Looking For

Strong customer service and communication skills

High level of empathy, patience, and emotional awareness

Ability to remain calm when speaking with customers who may be upset or overwhelmed

Strong attention to detail and data-entry accuracy

Ability to prioritize and quickly route time-sensitive information

Comfortable working with computers and learning new systems

Dependable, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities

Previous customer service, administrative, front desk, dispatch, or office experience preferred

If you're someone who enjoys helping people, communicates with compassion, and takes pride in keeping things organized and moving forward, we'd love to meet you.

    Preferred Experience

2+ years in customer service, administration, dispatch, intake, call center, or office support

Experience with customer phone calls and data entry

Comfortable working across multiple computer systems at the same time

Restoration, construction, insurance, or service industry experience is a plus—but not required
